We used Donald for a couple of custom rings, he listened to what we wanted and helped with the design. They were amazing...they then resized both rings as we changed the fingers we would wear them on. He has repaired a couple of watches and meet us on a Sunday morning to deliver the watch so we didn't have to make a trip up on a work day as we live out of the county. I cannot say enough good things about Donald and his staff.

Elizabeth and Donald were amazing! It took a while for me to decide on a ring style for stones that I brought to them. They were patient and completely understood my wishes and the final outcome is beyond what I had hoped for!
