I brought my watch in to get the battery changed. Donald changed the batteries himself and for a great price. I’ve been here a few times and Donald and his staff are always friendly and professional.

Donald is the best in the business. I told him a very sentimental and personal story about myself and he made sure that I bought myself the best Christmas gift I could. When things went bad less than 24 hours later, he made sure to fix it before I had to travel back home the next day. Just got my 7 year old daughter's ears pierced at Donald's. It was such a great experience! The shop is immaculate, everything was very clean. They had me schedule an appointment to make sure there were 2 employees there to pierce her ears at the same time. I highly recommend, especially for locals.

I was given a nice watch from my beautiful girl as a birthday gift in 2017. She purchased it at Donald's. Recently the clasp had an issue staying closed. Also, the watch had lost some of its shine because it was long overdue for a professional cleaning. I stopped in one day with the watch and left it with them after I outlined the issues. Two weeks later I returned as instructed to pick up the newly repaired and freshly cleaned watch. I was very happy with the new feel and strength the repair gave my watch. The cleaning service was exactly what it needed too. The watch looked as it did when I first unwrapped the gift on that birthday 6 years ago. I also felt the cost for the services were reasonable. If I have issues in the future or maybe need to shop locally for a nice gift I will be visiting Donald's.

We used Donald for a couple of custom rings, he listened to what we wanted and helped with the design. They were amazing...they then resized both rings as we changed the fingers we would wear them on. He has repaired a couple of watches and meet us on a Sunday morning to deliver the watch so we didn't have to make a trip up on a work day as we live out of the county. I cannot say enough good things about Donald and his staff.

Elizabeth is one of the nicest sales people I've met. She was very patient and was not in any hurry to show me the plethora of rings I wanted to look at and try on. I love her because she loves jewelry as well. She enjoys working there and she enjoys trying to figure out what you might like. She does not pressure you to buy anything. I saw a few rings I was considering getting. I had to think about it overnight because they were not cheap. But Elizabeth had a great idea. She had me take pictures of the rings and the tags. If I should change my mind, I could order it from her and she could mail it to me and I would not have to pay for the sales tax because I am not in Colorado. What a great way to save some extra money. At the end, I did purchase quite an expensive ring. But I was very pleased because again, they were not a high pressure sales store. I am having the ring mailed to me so I will avoid sales tax. It will be quite a savings.

Really nice little shop in Breckenridge, my girlfriend noticed they led with watches, so we went in for a look. Staff was super friendly and helpful, no pressure at all. She looked at some rings while I made a beeline for the watches. They carry TAG-Heuer, Breitling, Tissot, G-Shock and Swiss Army watches. What surprised me most was that their prices were very reasonable. The next day my girl friend walked out with a ring and I got a new Super Ocean...great experience all around.

Fantastic customer service! My mom’s hand was swollen and needed her ring cut off. I called and they got her in immediately, took very good care of her and even walked her to the car! (Parking on Main Street is sometimes impossible) Went out of their way to be helpful. We are very thankful. :)

Excellent shop. Don goes out of his way and if is not brand he services he has seen that it was fixed properly. One of the best word wide I have been too, and I keeping going back.

Stopped by just to see what was available. I mentioned I wasn't too familiar with the Tag Heuer or Breitling lines and David spent a considerable amount of time educating me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. When I buy my first Breitling it will be here.
